Quickfit can work out DPS, so how do you go about working out your Alpha strike. Noobish question and i think i know however some clarification would be amazing, cheers

Well what Im looking for is a good balance on an ability to deal out damage and take it. Looking for a setup that works fine say on PVP but wont handle too badly NPC hunting in 0.0 between ops. *shrug*
